D.    OUR “ELEVATOR SPEECH” (external)

Brand Promise

(slogan or tagline)

Children with special needs experience Christ through unconditional

Love, acceptance and fun!  “This ain’t no ordinary Camp”

What do you do?

(50 words or less)

Camp Blessing Texas is a camp for children and young adults who have special needs. We have typical camp activities like archery and horseback. We have nightly worship and a message through a drama. Everything is used as a tool to point out scriptural truths or allow them to experience Christ in some way through one on one camper to counselor ratio.

Key Endorsements

(people or organizations)

Graceview Baptist church in Tomball, TX (where our founders attend) has provided both campers and volunteer support. Many of the non-profits that help children with special needs will be promoting camp this year (DSHA, Arc of Houston, Family2Family)  The Woodlands UMC has agreed to fill a week of camp with campers and volunteers.

Our “BHAG” (Big Holy Audacious Goal) is:

Build or purchase a facility available for year round ministry. Touching 300+ families per year who need encouragement to persevere.
