Managing Partners

Brad Fieldhouse - Managing Partner

Brad & Cari Fieldhouse have 4 kids that range in age from 6 to 13.  The oldest two are girls and the younger two are boys.  They are an active family that enjoys traveling, playing Soccer and spending time with family & friends.  They recently relocated their family to Santa Ynez, CA where Cari, in addition to taking care of kids' busy schedules, is practicing her gift of hospitality as they now regularly host guests. Brad still lives and works 3+ days each week out of a Long Beach (2nd) home base.  In addition to serving as the part-time Managing Partner of the Los Angeles Barnabas Group, he also serves as the Executive Director of a non-profit ministry called City Net that is pursuing Holistic Community Transformation in a growing number of cities around the greater LA Basin.  For over a decade now they have also been involved in simple-church planting around Los Angeles and various places around the world through Church Multiplication Associates.  Brad is on the home stretch of completing his doctorate in "Transformational Leadership for the Global City" at Bakke Graduate School in Seattle.

Mary Glenn - Program Director

Dr. Mary Glenn, a native Californian born and raised in San Francisco, has called Los Angeles home since 1997.  Mary is a bridge-builder, chaplain and educator. In addition to serving as the Program Director with the LA Barnabas Group, she is the Director of Collaborative Partnerships and Education with City Net (a faith based non-profit in Southern California that partners with Christian catalytic leaders and collaborative movements in cities and neighborhoods for holistic transformation).   Mary is an ordained pastor and has served as a police chaplain for over a decade with Alhambra PD. She is also a certified police chaplain trainer. Mary is an adjunct professor with Fuller Theological Seminary and Bakke Graduate University (where she received her D.Min. in Transformational Leadership in the Global City). She educates and writes curriculum on theology of the city, how to build assets in your neighborhood, incarnational living/ministry of presence, collaboration, etc. She loves to engage, educate and empower individuals, churches, business people, leaders and organizations in loving their city and the people in it and Mary loves her neighborhood. Her heroes include her grandmother, Jesus, Bono (of the rockband U2), Mother Teresa and Martin Luther King, Jr.

Board

Brad Hooper

Brad Hooper lives in Long Beach with his wife (Marjorie) and their 3 children.  He is a  Master's Program (Long Beach 2010) graduate and is a member of Grace Bretheren Church of Long Beach - where he and his family serve in a variety of ministries.  He received his BA & MA from Pepperdine University and holds a Real Estate Brokers Licence and a certification in Financial Planning.  Brad is a small business owner and managing parnter.  The familiy owns a full-service car wash & detail business and also owns and operates a self-storage business as well as some apartment holdings.  He loves to coach his children in youth sports and hopes to some day turn that passion into some kind of ministry work for the family.  Brad has a passion for seeing God leverage relationships for Kingdom building and feels strongly that TBG is one place this activity flourishes.

Brad Streelman

Brad Streelman was born and raised in Southern California and currently resides in Long Beach. He is married to Lynn and has 3 children.  Brad is the President of Battery Systems, a wholesaler of batteries and battery related products with operations in the western U.S. He and his family are members of Seacoast Grace Church located in Cypress, CA. Brad is currently participating in the Long Beach area Masters Program and is leveraging that experience with helping to launch the LA Barnabas Group. His passion for for Christ is to be able to expose and nurture people toward ministry involvement.
 

Carl LaBarbera

Carl is the Founder and President of the Kingdomworks SDG Foundation. Utilizing his experience in the area of Board Governance and Strategic Planning, he has served as Elder Board Chairman during the merger of a megachurch in Southern California, serves as Board Chairman of several Christian ministries, and consults his home church Elder Board of Grace Church Long Beach. He is currently Chairman of the Board of the National Barnabas Group and a Founding member of the Barnabas Group Los Angeles.  Carl’s Christian worldview was developed and put to work as an owner/entrepreneur in the Aerospace Industry for 24 years. Responsible for companies from start-up and organizational development to growth and divestiture, he has a record of planning and implementing strategic vision, goals, and values to achieve growth through the empowerment of people and the utilization of resources.  Carl and his wife Robin, a professor of Education at Biola University, live in Seal Beach, California.
 

Dana Liberatore

Dana Liberatore lives in Whittier with her husband Phil and they have two grown daughters.  They own and operate a tax and accounting firm in LaMirada.  Dana, an ordained minister has over 35 years in active ministry and has served as a youth minister, missionary, women's ministry director and an adjunct professor at Life Pacific College.  She is currently a lay leader and involved in a widespan of ministries.

David Bader

David Bader is the father of three children (ages 10, 11 and 14) and a principal of a Southern California construction management firm.  He attends Calvary Chapel Burbank and supports Wild Hope International, a strategic mission in Tanzania. David is in year three of his second Masters Program and hopes to see The Masters Program and Barnabas Group in every major metropolitan area of the United States before his children grow up.
 

Greg Lennox

Greg Lennox lives in Thousand Oaks, with his wife, Lillian, where they attend Anthem Church.  The Lennoxes have five children, including four adult daughters and one school age son.  Greg pursued a traditional career in manufacturing until 2004, when he sold the business and turned his attention to helping his son and helping Christian non-profits enhance their effectiveness.  Greg is a Santa Barbara Masters Program graduate, and is seeking opportunities to attract more like-minded marketplace professionals to join in Kingdom work through the connections made possible through The Barnabas Group.

Greg Millikan

Greg Millikan lives in Pasadena with his wife (Joyce), where they are active members of Lake Avenue Church.  Their two married sons and seven grandchildren live in Newbury Park, CA and Santa Cruz, CA.  A business and tax attorney in private practice, Greg is co-founder and chairman of Working Faith as well as co-chair of the Pasadena Mayor's Prayer Breakfast.  A former Triple-A pitcher and body-surfer, Greg is learning at last to play golf left-handed.

Russ McQueen

Russ McQueen and his wife Betty reside in Santa Clarita. They have three grown sons. A graduate of the University of Southern California (Business Administration) and Golden Gate University (Masters in Taxation), Russ has been a partner in the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP since 1988. Now a graduate student at Biola University (Masters in Organizational Leadership), Russ serves as a teacher, coach and mentor to leaders and aspiring leaders, serving the church and USC's Marshall School of Business, among others. His passions include faith in the marketplace, restoring reason to the Christian faith, worldview perspectives, defending the faith, and the cultural mandate.
